If it DOES have leaking tanks do NOT close on ANYTHING.....I had my tanks dug out at the end of 1998....I bought my place in mid 1975...it took me a YEAR to get the final closure report after the tanks(4) were removed....they had been totally empty for 23 YEAR... Login to read more.
