We were talkin' NOT using sophisticated tooling.....scanner/scope, I figgered were both kinda included since a place that doesn't have a scanner(or just uses it to read/clear codes) isn't apt to have a scope ...or a Bubba that knows how to hook it up and under... Login to read more.
