Re: flat rate or hourly
I think you should consider an hourly pay with monthly bonus
for productivity/lack of comebacks. Setting the hourly rate
is the challenge. I believe the bonus should be on an
individual, rather than shop, basis, but I can see
advantages to either approach. ![]()
