You check out the vehicle, make an estimate, call, tell them it will be DONE at 4:00. Then at 5:00 they call and ask if its done, (it is) and then say "why didn't you call me"? When I tell them it will be DONE at what ever time, I don't see that I need call th... Login to read more.
