[2000 Chevrolet Impala, Photo] Hi everybody. Vehicle is a 2000 Chevrolet Impala. The rocker panels were very rotted out and the car could not pass inspection because the car is a unibody and uses the rocker panels as "frame" according to PA Inspection rules. ... Login to read more.
