My shop changed to 4,10 hr. days 13 months ago. Don't plan to ever change again. I have 3 techs, all work Mondays. We rotate days off, first day off is Tuesday then Wednesday then Thursday then Friday. With 3 techs it works out that each one gets a 3 day weeke... Login to read more.
