A base salary plus some kind of bonous or comission works well. The bonus keeps them motivated to keep selling (legitmatley of course) . A straight salary or hourly turns most of them lazy. A good tech or advisor likes some kind of incenitve to do better. I wo... Login to read more. ![]()
