Perhaps if the situation reoccurs you could tell the consumer "Please do - I'm CERTAINLY telling all the other local shops who are my friends about YOU! Have a GREAT DAY!!!" And ya could maybe even mention the posting about his shenanigans on the internet. ;) ... Login to read more.
