DITTO. Rust isn't a defect. AZ rotors, I'm sure don't have quality as their best ingredient. Get with a different rotor, pad combo. Be sure the calipers slides/pins are lubed, wheels torqued, etc. Make sure NO ONE touches that car/wheels after you put it toget... Login to read more.
