I take it that since she is STILL driving it as a daily driver, that a catastrophy (sp?) has NOT happened....YET.......If one DID ...THEN(and ONLY then...IMHO) could you be held liable for ANYTHING.....IF(big IF) she choses to continue driving it thatta way ye... Login to read more.
