Jason, the only thing that I see that you did inept, was to not stay in touch with the customer about the progress of things. Sent used, sent back, rebuilt TCM, radiator etc. It was his choice to not ride public transportation and "buy" a new car. His vehicle ... Login to read more. ![]()
