Here in Texas they don't even CHECK the aim of the headlights at ALL anymore....they can be showin' down on the FLOOR for all they care....just so's they come ON and have a Hi beam and indicator to denote Hi while on....and it's "Hoppy"..the clouded lens thing... Login to read more.
