How to deal with unreasonable clients?

Long time client. 15 visits in the last 4 years. 01 BMW 325i, 125k miles. Towed in last Oct with a dead battery. Tested and replaced Alternator with Bosch Reman. A week later he's out of town and it quits charging. Alt no good and dealer puts one on for him. I... Login to read more.
