Police models would most likely not have a VEHICLE SPEED LIMITER, but I'm pretty sure that they would retain the ENGINE SPEED LIMITER function.

My 96 Crown Vic Police Interceptor does appear to have a rev limiter. Of course I couldn't comment on the vehicle ... Login to read more.
