I think a 'menu price' is reasonable on a pre-purchase inspection... If I need to remove a drum and it's too rusted to simply pull, then I can stop there, and give a 'worst case' appraisal. I am not going to do a detailed estimate at this point in time, ballpa... Login to read more.
