I agree. ALL diagnostics need to be charged for in all fairness of the techs. I hate it when customers tell me that Pep Boys charges $0 for diagnostics when they let them fix it. You spend 1/2 hr to 1 1/2 hrs (depending on the problem) and the repair pays ... Login to read more.
