A Tech II can be had for 2k in the USA. Read archives ,search using my name. New Carman Scan lite goes for around 2k also in the USA,covers KIA/Hyundai OE till 2008 or so. I am on the fence now for KIA/Hyundai,as their new tool isn't available to the aftermark... Login to read more.
