I sell fluid flushes/exchanges just like I do spark plugs and timing belts. They're worn out or the mileage comes due so they get replaced. Many timing belts I remove look ok but I don't ever suggest going beyond the mfg's interval. Fluids don't go by the same... Login to read more.
