Ken: I wish you had included some examples. When I used "Professional" Technitians (By Their Standards) I had them clock in on Flat Rate Jobs, and paid a percentage of the shops revenue reciepts, but the "Technitans" would inevetably start clocking on the jobs... Login to read more.
