How do you deal with customers who no show for appointments?
We are a small 2 bay shop with 1.5 employee's (One full time and one part time). We schedule all work by appointment to keep the cars moving through and get them back to the customer quickly. If I cannot diagnose and estimate the car the day the customer wants... Login to read more. ![]()
