I wanted to specify something, at no point did I intend to mean a flat rate tech should do a .5hr inspection for free. I meant they should be payed for the .5 hr. Some will complain that a straight .5 hr inspection isn't as "gravy" as being paid 1 hr for .5 h... Login to read more.
