Karl, is there another dealer your customer can go to? I had a warranty issue with my '04 GMC pick up. There was an oil leak at the rear of the engine, rear main leak, not bad but shouldn't leak at 30K. Took it to the dealer and was told it was a class 1 leak ... Login to read more.
