I know Todd, but if you can diagnose a problem with a scope, why is that not acceptable to GM?? Have had a few NO STARTS after a hot soak, I found out the problem to be fuel pumps, but a waveform pattern of the pump is not an acceptable diagnostic procedure. A... Login to read more.
