OK OK, so I guess I'm wearing my dunce cap today, basically the water and other 'junk' is freezing and plugging up the fuel pump sucking side right? So the Heet melts the frozen water which is still carrying the 'junk' and probably helps it absorb into the fue... Login to read more.
