I just looked up a Hemi Ram again in alldata, this is the lookup I copied:

2003 Dodge Truck RAM 1500 4WD Pickup V8-5.7L VIN D

It shows 3.0 for the left side, 2.7 for the right side, and I have no matrices set up in there for labor time.
