As a shop we shut down from 12.15 to 1:00 pm but as the service advisor I never shut down. Call anytime between 7:30 and 5:30 and I will try my best to get you in. The techs need some down time but hey all I do is talk and type all day I do not get a lunch....... Login to read more.
