Right off the bat, 2.2% is way way high. I'd imagine that you should be in the 1.7-1.8 (NET after transaction fees) range for MC/Visa/Discover, and Amex would be whatever you had hammered out with them... (I like my 1.69% with no trans fees on Amex, but... Login to read more.
