Did it ever come off as "harassing" the customer? I usually have a running list of upcoming repairs for my regulars. Some of them (maybe 30%..SWAG) are refusing the needed repairs, and it's been like this for awhile now. When I say needed,I mean now, not in 6 ... Login to read more. ![]()
