No difficult customer per se, but if I have to make 4 phone calls and arrange to meet with the inspector, push cars in and out, fax estimates, wait for approval, theres going to be a PITA charge. Plus taking the extra time to make a faxable estimate, not just ... Login to read more. ![]()
