Lets put this in perspective, I come in the am, there's a stack of tickets, let's say five or six cels. I usually start by pulling codes, looking for code set criteria, and tsbs. If there's anything funky I'll look on Iatn or Identifix and see if pattern failu... Login to read more. ![]()
