Hi Richard,

I was thinking about this response yesterday evening when I had my last ticket of the week.

A '98 Firebird 3.8L came in for a MIL on/misfire complaint. Looking over the customer's note attached to the RO I saw that it had been at "another shop"... Login to read more.
