Karl, How about if it came in for an inspection/emissions test and it needed 4 tires, tie rod ends,alignment,4 wheel brakes and a check engine light on. You get all that gravy but need a tech 2 to finish the diagnosis and don't have one for whatever reason. Yo... Login to read more.
