How can I verify if the stems I'm looking at are the ones that are recalled, TR413 is just a standard model number. I have a lot of these TR413 stems and they have no symbol as to the mfg. Tech Tire says their symbol is a triangle. the ones I have say W T 182F... Login to read more.
