Did you check out the heater I linked you in the other thread? It works very well. Keep your oil 'clean' and water free and your maintenance will be only a few hours a year. For light I have the 8 ft T12 HO flourescents. I have 5 rows of 6 fixtures on the ceil... Login to read more.
