Re: Do you document damage to customer's cars before servicing?
i always take a test drive with the customer,noting the condition of the inside of the vehicle for cd's,loose change personal effects etc. after completing pre-liminary road test then i do a walk around with customer noting defects and damage. just for example... Login to read more. ![]()
