Re: Do you document damage to customer's cars before servicing?
I would feel a little put off as a customer. I think if I were to pick up my car and there was a scratch on it that I didn't recognize, and you had a photo of it saying you took the photo when the car was dropped off, I'd then have to call you a liar and think... Login to read more. ![]()
