Re: Shop policies: Allowing techs to leave when there is no work
My policy, as a flat rate tech, was always to stay until
after lunch. I could clean my box, or the floor, or
something, in the morning. I never asked if I could go home
after lunch, I just told the SA or SM that I would see them
tomorrow, and left.
