For 3 techs I have 1 1/2 counter staff and 1/2 shop foreman, plus my wife who is about 1/2 time as book keeper. I could add a fourth tech now that I have 2 guys up front. 3 shop to 1 front end is about the limit in a small shop. Login to read more.
