Tom, In Real-Time Labor Guide the times listed for a 2005 Ford E-350 Van are:

R&R Dash Wiring Harness - Low 4.3hrs, Avg 5.5hrs, High 6.5hrs

R&R Engine Wiring Harness - Low 5.3hrs, Avg 5.9hrs, High 6.5hrs
