I would tell her : #1 a brand new vehicle's clutch only has a 12month/12,000mile warranty #2 why didn't she bring it to you for the problem?

Most parts I install have a 12month warranty at the most, (execpt for reman motors and ect.) and some less than that.... Login to read more.
