Mostly Neon lights and loud pretty mufflers. Oil leaks and such don't matter to them much, unless it shorts out the Neons. Mom and dad pay for the lights. I think they just want the kid to have a car so he'll be out with his friends and not at home. The muffle... Login to read more.
