The misprint was on a 97 4.0 SOHC Ford. I did head gaskets and replaced all the timing chains & guides. MOD says to torque one cam, rotate the engine one turn and then torque the other cam. It's wrong. The engine ran quite well, it just had a noise similar to ... Login to read more.
