You no longer need a dyno in PA. It was only for emissions in the philadelphia and pittsburgh regions. It is still used for ASM 5015 tests on some pre-OBD2 cars in those regions, but you may now opt just to buy the OBD 2 analyzer and do OBD 2 cars. That said, ... Login to read more.
