I think you went easy on them on the first call. I think I'd have ok'd the spark plugs, but told them auth. on the maint. was pending if the plugs fixed it. And that if the plugs fixes it, you'd do the maint. But, if the plugs don't fix it, then they'd not get... Login to read more.
