I was working for a VW/AUDI/SAAB dealer in the early 80's. Xmas bonus was $ .25 for every flat rate hour flagged during the year. We also got a big basket with a turkey, fruit and goodies. (we were being paid $11.85/FRH in 1983, BTW)
