Don't feel that the problem is for parts isolated, I needed brake pad anti-rattle clips that were never re-installed from a prior brake job (another garage) and it took 2.5 weeks and 7 phone calls to the dealer for them? Can it be that difficult? Perhaps most ... Login to read more.
