In Florida if its only labor, its not taxable, but if it has parts attached to it, it is. Like if I change a spare tire for somebody then no, but if I put on a new lug nut, then its all taxable. Sublet labor is taxable. Like if I have a flywheel machined, its ... Login to read more.
