NO. Old Tech 2 and reflashing only for pre-2007 vehicles. Actually, with a TIS2web sub., I "think" the tech2 may reflash some 2008- [...] Rags or someone at a GM dealer can say [...], I won't be doing reflashes for warranty vehicles and that means nothing new... Login to read more.
