Its going to make more "mechanics" leave the business. As for the Team, No Way, I did this once, one guy flags 100 hours and the other guy on the team flags 25, he ets 50 hours pay and the guy flagging 100 gets 50 hours.. why bust my hump just to give it away?... Login to read more.
