Lots of folks are and have been doing this for a decade up here. Tires are shipped to Spain, Brazil, Honduras, basically wherever they can be sold. Most are regrooved. Scrapyards get rid of 90% of their tires this way. I can't speak on the environment issue i... Login to read more.
